主要参数：
柴油发电机组安装在海洋固定式平台室内，最高温度45℃。每套柴油发电机的额定输出功率1200kW，额定转速1500rpm，额定频率50HZ，额定电压690V，额定功率因数为0.7。柴油发电机组采用压缩空气启动，海水冷却(板式)，每套分别成橇安装。
交货期：
a) 从中华人民共和国关境内提供的货物：2018年9月15日前运抵上海甲方指定地点；
b)从中华人民共和国关境外提供的货物：2018年9月15日前至上海港；
2.资格标准：
投标机型的柴油机必须是生产厂家的标准产品，且至少共有4套产品在中国境内的2套海上模块钻机（或钻井平台）成功安装且稳定运转2年（含2年）以上的良好业绩，并提供带有技术参数文件的合同复印件或用户证明等支持文件。没有使用过的试验品是不被接受的。投标产品的柴油机品牌必须与满足业绩要求中的柴油发电机组的柴油机品牌一样。
主柴油发电机组应该是船用或是海洋平台用产品，供应商应该提供所列示之一的第三方船级社（ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyd’s 或 CCS）最终船检证书，包括发动机、发电机和柴油发电机组。
3. 有兴趣的合格投标人可通过以下方式获取招标文件：从2018年1月17日开始至2018年1月24日止，在中国海油采办业务管理与交易系统（https://buy.cnooc.com.cn）购买招标文件（电子版）。投标人须在线填写购买招标文件登记表，并在线支付标书款至指定账户。在线支付成功后，投标人可自行下载招标文件。招标文件每套售价为2000元人民币或300美元（受益人：中化建国际招标有限责任公司，美元开户行：交通银行北京分行和平里支行，美元账号：110060224146300007037，SWIFTCODE:COMMCNSHBJG），售后不退。
4. 投标文件递交截止时间和地点：所有投标文件都应附有按规定提交的投标保证金，并于2018年2月7日10:30时（北京时间）前递交至北京市东城区东直门外小街6号海油大厦308会议室。
5. 开标时间：定于2018年2月7日10:30时（北京时间）前递交至北京市东城区东直门外小街6号海油大厦308会议室。

1. China National Offshore Oil Corp. Procurement Department Procurement & Tendering Centre and CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. Main Technical Specifications:
The diesel generating set installed in the marine fixed platform indoor, the maximum temperature is 45 ℃. Generator rated output power 1200kW, rated speed 1500rpm, rated frequency 50HZ, rated voltage 690V, rated power factor of 0.7. Diesel generator set with compressed air start, seawater cooling (plate), each set into a skid installation.
2. Qualification Requirements
The Diesel engineshall be the regular product of the Supplier, and at least foursets of diesel engine in successful operation of two years at twooffshore Modular Drilling Rig(or drilling platform)service in China Seawith certification files (contracts with technical parameters or certificates by user). Unused prototype equipment will not be acceptable. The Proposal diesel engine brand must be the same as this performance of thediesel engine.
The Diesel Generating Set shall be marine or offshore Modular Drilling Rigstyle, and obtain certificate issued by any one third party certifying agency (international classification society) approved by the China Offshore Oil Operation Safety Office (COOOSO) under the State Administration of Work Safety, ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyd’s and CCS.The Supplier shall arrange inspection and obtain final certificate of the engine, generator and the Diesel Generating Setat his own cost.
3.
