Eligibility
All interested contractors that are qualified under Singapore Building And Construction Authority (BCA) ME11 – L1 and above.
Any other interested contractors that are not qualified as the above mentioned but have similar or relevant experience can apply as Specially Registered Contractors (SRC).
SRC application forms will be available from 20 April 2018 from 9am onwards. Please contact Ms. Koh Li Jade at Tel No. +65-6768 9595 or email to kohlj@tuaspower.com.sg to obtain the SRC application forms.
All completed SRC application forms (including all supporting documents) shall be submitted via email to Mr. Kevin Chee at kevinchee@tuaspower.com.sg by 11 May 2018 not later than 11:00 am.
SRC application forms received by normal post, by facsimile or after the stipulated date & time, or submitted elsewhere will not be considered. Application form which is not duly completed may affect the firm's application to be a Specially Registered Contractor.
All successful applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of this SRC application and will be invited to purchase the tender documents.
Tender Purchase Info
For local contractors or contractors that have offices in Singapore, tender document can be purchased from Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex, 20 Tembusu Crescent, Jurong Island, Singapore 627610 on Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays between 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Contractors who do not have a valid Jurong Island Pass, please email Ms Ang Yin Sia Joanna at angys@tuaspower.com.sg and/or Ms Lim Wei Ting at limwt@tuaspower.com.sg for application of JTC visitor pass.
Kindly note that JTC visitor pass application approval will require 2 to 3 working days. Please send us your pass application request earlier to avoid delays.
Tender document fee is S$53.50 (inclusive of 7% GST) and is not refundable. It has to be made in either cash (in exact amount) or a crossed cheque payable to “TP Utilities Pte. Ltd.”
For overseas contractors or contractors that do not have offices in Singapore, who wish to participate in this tender exercise and purchase the tender documents, please contact the below person for further information.

Tender fee will be at S$50.00 excluding 7% GST and is not refundable. Kindly note that bank charges are to be borne by contractors. Payment must be made via bank transfer.
TP Utilities Pte. Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any application without having to assign any reason for its decision. All cost and expenses incurred in connection with these applications shall be borne by the applicants.
