资格要求：	Qualification and Certification： 1 ★ Company registration certificates, including Business License, Tax Certificates etc.. 2 ★ Ownership certificate of the proposed Barge & Tug Tow (if the Barge & Tug Tow’s owner to bid) or the exclusive agreement between the Barge & Tug Tow owner and the Bidder. 3 ★ Bidder shall provide Document of Compliance (DOC) and Safety Management Certificate (SMC) 4 ★ Bidder shall provide the track record for the proposed vessel (at least one similar transportation services) from year 2013 to 2017 at tender stage. 5 Quality Management System ISO9001, Environmental Management System ISO14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems OHSAS18001 or ISO45001 6★The proposed vessels shall not be owned by / registered at / with flag from the blockading countries against Qatar.
