1. 中化建国际招标有限责任公司（招标代理机构）受中海油田服务股份有限公司（招标人）委托，就防砂泵、增产泵及酸化泵设备采购项目所需货物及相关服务进行国际公开招标。现邀请投标人对下列货物和服务提交密封投标：

2. 有兴趣的合格投标人可通过以下方式获取招标文件：
从    2018  年  7  月 10 日开始至 2018  年 7  月19  日止，在中国海洋石油总公司门户网站（http://www.cnooc.com.cn/data/html/chinese/channel_522.html）购买招标文件（电子版）。投标人须在线填写购买招标文件登记表，并在线支付标书款至指定账户。在线支付成功后，系统将向投标人在购买招标文件登记表中填写的电子邮箱发送通知邮件，投标人可通过邮件中的链接自行下载招标文件。招标文件每套售价为 2000  元人民币，售后不退。
3. 投标文件递交截止时间和地点：所有投标文件都应附有按规定提交的投标保证金，并于2018  年8  月 1 日上午   11:00    （北京时间）前递交至北京市东直门外小街6号海油大厦四层，在此时间后收到的投标文件恕不接受。
4. 开标时间： 2018  年 8  月 1  日_11时。
